There was only one thing good about whitelanterns and that it was close to the beach,I would never stay there again, I would save my money and sleep in my car instead.

It was very old in side and very dirty as under beds and round fridge.

I recommend you to eat at Indian Delights, that is set 200 metres away. I liked the facilities and rooms

Perfect for a good night's rest and a convenient spot for a city getaway.

The manager was very friendly and extremely sweet. Close to some good places to eat too. Coffee, tea and fresh milk were provided on check-in.

Taxi found it hard to get to from the airport, room was quite dirty (mold and mildew), traffic noise was quite loud in the room and the airconditioning didn't work very well.

No hairdryer, reading lights didn't work.

There was no room service. The towels were clean but rough with holes in them. The bedspread stank.

Budget friendly... Without going backpackers..

Mould on the walls, pool was infested with Algee and bugs, carpet was filthy, room was noisy, wi-fi hardly worked, no laundry facility's even though they said they had them...

I did't like anything un this motel, except it's location.

Old & dirty curtains, old tv & furniture, no power point near bed, swimming pool just for decoration - not available and permanently locked, i was offered to go to the beach instead (!) - probably the most uncomfortable motel around the area. And lots of noise from gold coast hwy all night long, to complete the picture.

It was very cheap for young people who have little money

The room was dirty and I would not walk barefoot on the floors. The kettle didn't work but was eventually replaced. I was given milk in a coffee cup! The old worn out towels had holes in them. I had to rewire the set top box to get the tv sound working. The inner spring mattress was uncomfortable and it creaked with any movement. The ceiling fan was unbalanced and unusable because of the noise it made. I left this grotty dump after staying only two nights of a three night booking.

Location close enough to places in the Gold Coast and to Bus if you need it.

Musty smell in rooms. Door handle and Shower handles falling off. Outdoor Pool not clean for use even though temp. Good for using pool. Managers not informative about any of their facilities like "Laundry". Can only wash cups in Bathroom Basin.Old Towels supplied.Interior Walls are just old bricks which are not covered with any Linings.

It was the worst accomodation I have stayed in. From the cobwebs,dirty walls,no hair dryer or ironing board or iron in the room, air con that didn't really work,ceiling fan that had dust an inch thick on it,old towels,leaking shower,mirrors not cleaned,no fire alarm,I was hesitant to sleep in the bed! I also got asked to pay cash. Very run down not the impression I got from yourwebsite.
